Leadership is not only communicating the vision but illuminating the pathway to get there. Face The World believes in outcomes focused intervention. To do this, we develop long-term relationships with our clients to ensure growth and change is sustainable. Beginning with an understanding of the current leadership capabilities of your team and the challenges they must face, we develop a program in consultation with you that will address the 'skills gap'. A number of our key clients have understood the importance of an organization wide approach and we are currently delivering leadership training and coaching to organizations as large as 7000+ people. Conversely we work with a number of executive teams and individuals, coaching leadership behavior over a multi-year time-frame. Most importantly we do not deliver 'off the shelf' training- every program we deliver is tailored to suit the needs of each individual or team.
Our Staff
Face The World has been delivering leadership coaching and development for 10+ years. Each of the staff have a broad range of leadership experience including positions in government, small & large business, high level sport and challenging expeditions. We believe in the power of real world experience and endeavour to involve clients in day-to-day challenge rather than text-book understanding.
